Originally started in 2008 by Patrick Myers the business has grown from the original company Dulwich Energy Assessors Ltd and Patrick Myers Photography to now offer a dynamic range of services to help estate agents, homeowners, architects, media managers, location managers and property developers.
I offer services including interior and architectural photography, listing video, 360 VR tours, residential and commercial energy surveys (EPCs), Selective License floor plans and lease plans.
I’ve photographed thousands of homes and properties ranging from the multi-million pound pads and country mansions to small inner-city flats - all with the same purpose, to showcase the best aspects of the property and make them stand out.
I take great pride in providing a responsive, professional and friendly service which is why I enjoy a loyal and varied client base.
I’m based in East Dulwich, South East London and have worked all over the South of England and abroad on commissions.
